Rick Owens Mud Colored Motorcycle Jacket

There's something so rough and tumble about a Rick Owens jacket that just screams smokin' in the boys room with the likes of Ponyboy, Soda Pop and Dallas Winston, as far as we're concerned. Pretty hot. Like this Owens masterpiece in particular. Crafted using a signature thick and supple blackish mud colored leather, this jazzy jacket features knit undersides of the sleeves and pleated detailing across the back. In mint condition and in a US 6. Priced at $800. For further information or to purchase, please contact: thegang@decadestwo.com

Revillon Quilted Puffy Coat

Use the Force, Rick . . . and use the force Mr. Owens did when creating this coat for Revillon. Perfect for foraging through the snowy tundra, on your trusty TaunTaun, ready to fight the dark side or for cocktails with the girls on blustery Fall nights. Either/or. Crafted from a grey shantung silk, this quilted puffer is the best for mad max style metropolitan mayhem, mmmmmmmkay! In a US 6 and priced at D2 for the ridiculous tundrastry of $800!

Rick Owens Thigh-High Boots with Shagreen Soles

Ah, shagreen . . . our favorite type of leather. Originally crafted from an onager (fancy word for wild ass, tee hee), shagreen is now commonly made from sharks and stingrays. The word itself derives from the French word chagrin which means anxiety; this is, no doubt, a reference to the rough granular surface of the skin. I like that shagreen in particular is often the hyde of choice for the handles of swords and daggers, as the rasping surface is preferable in a duel to a slippery surface, for obvious reasons. We like to think that it's this danger element to what is normally considered an elegant material that allured Mr. Owens into creating these boots. Crafted using a signature Owens black leather, these thigh-high or scrunched-low numbers have the most decadent shagreen soles. In a size 40 and in mint condition. Available for $950.

Rick Owens White Leather Coat

Ok--so I went to my first Rock Concert in the fifth grade. I told my mom we were going to see Billy Joel, but really we went to see Billy Idol. His one pair of leather pants and black eyeliner made me weak in the knees since Generation X. I took one look at my vital Idol and I knew . . . even at the tender age of ten, that we were destined to be together. And so I've been saving myself ever since (er) for Billy. While all my friends are now dreaming of setlling down with CPA's and doctors, I'm still waiting for that white wedding with Idol. And instead of some cupcake nonsense farchactat dress, I'd wear this white leather Rick Owens jacket with ribbed collar, wrap styling. Mad Max inspiration and belted waist closure. New With Tags & Retailed for $2935. In a size 40 and priced at $1300. Take just one look and you'll want more, more, more. Rick Owens Leather Bomber Jacket

The flight or bomber jacket was first created for pilots, before the design became a mainstay in any fashionable girl's wardrobe. In the First & Second World Wars, the majority of airplanes did not have a closed-in cockpit--in fact pilots might be flying at upwards of 10,000 feet with air temperatures of negative 50 degrees celcius (BRRRRR!) so a jacket was created to keep the, well, bombers warm. Today, Rick Owens has updated this classic style of jacket with bone colored leather and a cropped cut so that us girls can enjoy the look without resorting to violent measures. We do salute those of you with pilot's licenses and if any of you might be on your way to aruba . . . let us know. In mint condition and avilable for $850. Rick Owens Metallic Leather Jacket

In case you've been snoozing through the latest turn of the century and are just now deciding that you'd rather not miss EVERYTHING, let us help you move right along into the year 2000. And 7. Regardez vous: Rick Owens. That's pronounced Reeeek Owenz (if you leeeve in Paris). This avant-garde upstart from Central Cali is reknowned for an Iggy Pop-ish approach to design--dark, moody, raw, vulnerable and sexy. It's Grace Jones in Mad Max meets the Skaksies. Often mistaken for deconstructed madness, Owens is actually a meticulous draper--known to obsess over the intracasies of drafting and pattern making. For example: Here is one of Owens' signature pieces: the leather jacket. Crafted out of a metallic malted bronze leather, this jacket also features sculpted padded shoulders and breast pockets. In mint condition and available at D2 for $850. For futher information or to purchase, please contact: thegang@decadestwo.com SOLD
