No one's saying it, so I'm saying it: Chanel clogs be damned!Don't get me wrong. I love a clog, love Amsterdam, love windmills, love bicycles. But, when it comes to Chanel footwear, I'm eschewing the latest CC coup de grace--the toe patch clog--in favor of these thigh-high boucle babies with sequin detailing and straight-from-the nineties chunky heels. I plan on wearing them with something flouncy, light and lingerie-inspired. And maybe topping it with the Nouveau Riche jacket I blogged about yesterday. Shazaam!
