Are we already mid-march? The advent of Spring signals a abandonment of heavy fabrics and dark colors in favor of lightweight gossamer threads woven in pretty pastels. In other words, time to get footloose, flouncy and fancyfree in floral frocks that easily go from a walk in the park to an art opening to a bicycle ride across the Brooklyn Bridge.
